Delivery

The majority of items are available from stock and we aim to despatch from our premises within 7 working days of receipt of order and clearance of payment. 18ct yellow and other special metals such as white gold are not held as stock items and are specifically made to order. We acknowledge every order by email and if an item cannot be delivered within the standard delivery time we will provide an estimated delivery date at that time. If you have a specific deadline for your order, e.g. a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our very best to meet this.

Please note it is not possible to guarantee delivery times on any items. We cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods have left the premises.

Delivery over Christmas and peak periods

To avoid disappointment please note that during our peak periods, e.g. November and December in the run up to the festive season, we encourage customers to place their orders early as delivery can sometimes take longer due to the increased demand for stock.

Please note that we close from 5pm on December 24 and re-open for business on January 7.

UK Deliveries

All orders despatched from Ola Gorie are sent by postal services that require a signature on receipt. In the UK your goods are forwarded by Royal Mail services.

Delivery charges are shown on your order, prior to confirmation, at the following rates:

• For orders under £100.00 we charge £5.00 postage, packaging and insurance.
• For orders from £100.00 - £500.00 we charge £6.00 postage, packaging and insurance.
• For orders over £500.00, postage, packaging and insurance are free.

Shipping charges include VAT at the standard rate.

International Deliveries

All orders despatched from Ola Gorie are sent by postal services that require a signature on receipt. International deliveries are forwarded by Royal Mail services.

• Europe: we charge £6.00 postage, packaging and insurance (includes VAT).
  
• USA / Canada: we charge £7.00 postage, packaging and insurance.
• Australia: we charge £8.00 postage, packaging and insurance.
• Other countries: we charge £8.00 postage, packaging and insurance.

As an approximate guide, international deliveries to the USA and Canada can take between 5-10 days to reach their destination once they have left our premises. Other international deliveries can take up to 28 days.

Customs Charges

Where relevant orders are despatched with the appropriate Customs information. Please note we cannot be responsible for any Customs charges.

Non Delivery of Goods

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time of despatch from our premises, and allowing for shipping time, please contact us immediately so that we can track your order for you.
